They also assist in managing the state's liquor inventory to ensure liquor products are available to customers. The State owns the distilled spirits in each store. The OLCC appoints liquor store operators who are responsible for the stores' daily operations. The liquor store operator and personnel are part of a small business operation and are not state employees.

There are two types of liquor stores to serve the public: exclusive and non-exclusive. Winning items will be shipped to the liquor store specified on the entry.

Winners will be notified by telephone from the liquor store when the product arrives. Winning items must be paid in full at time of purchase within 14 days of notification from the liquor store. Winning items that remain unclaimed for more than 14 days will be made available for sale. Winner's name must match the ID presented at time of purchase. How will I know if I don't get selected? Winners will be notified by email. Email notifications will not be sent to customers who did not win an opportunity to purchase a given product.

What happens to unclaimed bottles? I've been selected to purchase a bottle. How do I get it? If I am selected to purchase a rare and limited item but don't want it, can I sell my bottle to someone else?
